This Shipping Policy explains how Veer’s Diet (“we”, “us”, or “our”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through www.veersdiet.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Orders placed after business hours or on non-working days will be processed on the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within India. Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take additional time or may not be serviceable.

 

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional periods at our discretion.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of our food products.

7. Delivery Delays

Veer’s Diet shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
  • Courier or logistics partner delays
  • Natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with relevant details and images at [info@veersdiet.com].

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable. If Replacement is approved so it will be fulfilled in 2-3 days after receiving the damaged or incorrect products and refund will be credited to the source account after 5-7 working days.

 

9. Failed or Returned Deliveries

In case of failed delivery due to customer-related issues (such as incorrect address or unavailability), re-shipping may attract additional charges.

 

10. Change of Shipping Address

Shipping address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.

11. Refund & Return Policy 

All sales are final, will not processed for any kind of return & refund in any circumstances.
